Anna Kostianko and Sergey Zelik were in Baku, Azerbaijan, last week (21-24 May) to attend and speak at the “Operators, Functions, and PDEs of Mathematical Physics Conference” held in the Department of Mathematics at Khazar University. A special issue of the Azerbaijan Journal of Mathematics will publish selected papers from the conference.  Sergey is in Baku for another week (28 May – 1 June) for research collaboration at the University.
