Students’ Union stress busting

Hari’s bar will be dedicated to studying with pens, highlighters and refreshments on hand to keep you going

Bottle bar will be used as a space for students to relax and take part in some mindful activities.

The dance floor will be used for a stress busting activity each day such as Yoga, Tai Chi or Meditation – these will be free and will not require booking. The sessions will be approximately 20-30 minutes long so that it’s not a strain on your time.
