A big thank you to everyone who took the time to complete the Library survey 2009.
The survey took place between 9th December 2009 and 8th January 2010. It was conducted online using surveygizmo and 397 questionnaires were completed. 42.7% of responses came from undergraduates, 36.49% from postgraduate (taught) and 20.8% from postgraduate (research) students.
We conducted the survey to understand more about the use, visibility and effectiveness of Library based support services, facilities and resources, to identify key barriers to use, and to gather information to assist with planning and prioritising development of support for your study and research. The survey included an opportunity to add comments and suggestions for consideration and many of you took this up.
