Go to our group study room page and click on ‘My Bookings.’

Here, you will see a list of which group study rooms you have booked out – including the dates & times.

If you no longer need a room, just click on the ‘cancel’ button, and then ‘Yes, cancel this booking.’ This will help free up any unwanted rooms for other students to use.

You will then receive an email notification to confirm your booking has been successfully cancelled.
