Ambitious Surrey students attended a breakfast in SPLASH this week to network with prospective employers from IBM, Accenture, EY and Altera. Some of the students confessed to feeling nervous before the event but after training delivered by networking expert Emma Francis, and some practice with SPLASH staff, they confidently chatted to employers, asking career related questions and selling their skills.

This event took place as part of the STARS programme, which aims to offer support to high achieving second and final year students at Surrey.

SPLASH, on level three of the library, is the place to go for learning and skills development, whatever your subject or level of study.
