They are always in high demand, especially during our busiest times.  Understandably students are frustrated when they see an empty group study room, particularly when they have been told by staff that they’re all fully booked.  So, we are introducing the 15 minute rule.  From Monday 23 November, if you book a group study room please ask your group to arrive promptly at the start of your booked hour.  If the room is empty at quarter past, other students will be allowed to use the room for the remaining 45 minutes.  We hope that this will ensure effective use of this popular resource.
