At Surrey, you have access to a wide range of databases across several disciplines. To access any of these databases, simply search for the database name in SurreySearch.

- GreenFILE – covering all aspects of human impact to the environment. Its collection of scholarly, government and general-interest titles includes content on global warming, green building, pollution, sustainable agriculture, renewable energy, recycling, and more.

- APA PsycArticles – Full-text peer-reviewed articles published by the American Psychological Association and affiliated journals.
- APA PsycBooks – Comprehensive collection of full-text scholarly and professional books published by the American Psychological Association (APA)
- APA PsycInfo – The world’s largest resource devoted to peer-reviewed literature in behavioral science and mental health. Produced by the American Psychological Association.
- APA PsycTests – An authoritative source of structured information about tests of interest to a variety of fields. Produced by the American Psychological Association, it provides access to thousands of actual test instruments, most of which are available for immediate download and use in teaching and research.
- CINAHL with Full Text – A collection of 332 active full-text nursing and allied health journals indexed in CINAHL supporting nurses, allied health professionals, researchers, nurse educators and students.
- MEDLINE – An authoritative bibliographic database containing citations and abstracts for biomedical and health journals used by health care professionals, nurses, clinicians and researchers.
- Psychology and Behavioral Sciences Collection – An essential full-text database for psychologists, counselors, researchers and students. It offers particularly strong coverage in child and adolescent psychology and counseling.
- SPORTDiscus with Full Text – The definitive database for sports and sports medicine research. Providing hundreds of full-text sports medicine journals, it is an essential tool for health professionals and researchers studying fitness, health and sports.
