More IT Support available in the Library

From Monday 4 January 2016, we are pleased to announce that IT Support will now be available in the Library for 8 hours a day, from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

During these times you will no longer have to ring up the helpline for support with a Wi-Fi, printing, photocopying, scanning or technical query – instead, you will be able to speak to someone in person and get help straight away. Outside of these times, the helpline can still be reached by calling 9898 from our designated support phone on Level 1, or you can email IT via usersupport@surrey.ac.uk.
