The problem that had been affecting access to EBSCO databases (including Business Source Complete and CINAHL) has now been resolved. If you should experience any further problems please contact us at journals@surrey.ac.uk

Please be advised there are currently intermittent problems with accessing EBSCO databases. This includes databases such as Business Source Complete and CINAHL. EBSCO are aware of the problem and are working to resolve it. We will update as soon as we have more information.

The Interlibrary Loan request transmission problem has now been resolved and requests are being placed as normal. Please contact ILLs at ill@surrey.ac.uk or 01483 689234 if you have any queries about ongoing requests. Thank you for your patience while we have dealt with this.

We are still experiencing problems transmitting Interlibrary Loan requests to the British Library. The investigation is continuing and we are able to place requests via an alternative method, but this is leading to delays in delivery times.
