The issue affecting the Secure Passwords Page has now been resolved. If you are experiencing any problems accessing the Online Library, please contact journals@surrey.ac.uk for assistance. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this temporary interruption to service.

The whole of SPLASH on Level 3 will be completely closed on Friday 19th April between 2:30 and 14:30 for a workshop – the whole space will be inaccessible. Outside of these times the usual access and support are available.

A small number of our databases are protected by individual passwords. The page that hosts these is temporarily unavailable. These can be obtained from the Library Ask-Me-Desk during staffed hours this weekend. The Cochrane Library Homepage will be unavailable, due to scheduled maintenance, for 12 hours starting at 10:00pm on Saturday 13 April 2013. The search page will still be available. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We are pleased to report that the Summon search engine is now back up and running. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by yesterday’s interruption to service. If you experience any further problems using Summon, please email journals@surrey.ac.uk

There is currently a problem with the Summon Search Engine. The service is either running very slow or not producing any results at all.
