We are aware of problems logging on to online databases using institutional login. The out of hours IT Service are investigating as a matter of urgency and we will update as soon as we have more information.

The issue that was delaying Inter Library Loan requests to the British Library has now been resolved. Inter Library Loan requests received after Easter will be processed as normal. If you have any questions, please email ill@surrey.ac.uk

SPLASH advisors are available to see students by appointment throughout the Easter holidays except when the University is closed (Thursday 28th March – Wednesday 3rd April inclusive). Unfortunately we will not be able to offer dedicated IT Support in the Library & Learning Centre today due to sickness. Staff are still on hand for general IT issues and for more complex IT queries the IT helpdesk in Austin Pearce is still open from 09:00-20:00 as usual.
