On Sat 6 April & Sat 13 April, Safari Books Online may be unavailable between the following times: 07:00 am and 10:00 am (BST) This is for essential maintenance scheduled by the provider. we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Please be aware that there will be some noisy building work taking place outside the Library building on Wednesday 3 April and Thursday 4 April. This will mainly affect the older part of the building but please ask a member of staff if you need help finding a quieter place to study.

The problem with institutional login has now been resolved and you can log in to online information services as usual. Many apologies for the disruption – if you have any further problems please email journals@surrey.ac.uk.

Apologies for the continuing problems with institutional login which are preventing access to online information services. IT Services are working to resolve this as soon as possible and we will update as soon as we have more information.

We are aware of problems logging on to online databases using institutional login. The out of hours IT Service are investigating as a matter of urgency and we will update as soon as we have more information.

The issue that was delaying Inter Library Loan requests to the British Library has now been resolved. Inter Library Loan requests received after Easter will be processed as normal. If you have any questions, please email ill@surrey.ac.uk
