The issues we have been having with the Library catalogue are now resolved.  Users should be able to: View copies View MyAccount Reserve items We are sorry for any inconvenience these issues might have caused you

There are some ongoing issues with the library catalogue which prevent users from viewing how many copies are available viewing their library account This is being worked on and we hope to have this resolved soon.  In the meantime, the previous version of the catalogue is working correctly: http://talis-prism.lib.surrey.ac.uk/TalisPrism We apologise for the inconvenience

Due to maintenance work, the library catalogue is currently not fully available. If you require any assitance please contact a member of staff at the Support Hub on level 1 of the Learning Centre. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Some users have reported issues when trying to place reservations for titles on the catalogue.  Although all copies of a title are on loan the catalogue is reporting that there are no reservable copies.  Should this happen, please go to the Ask Me Desk where staff will be happy to help place the reservation.  The […]

The issue preventing student access to Microsoft services such as Surrey365 and MSN is now resolved and so access to email and other services is now restored.
