There will be noisy works on the second floor of the Library on Monday 25th and Tuesday 26th July. We apologise for any inconvenience.

The Library is open as normal today, following yesterday’s water leak. A temporary fix has been made and water supplies have been restored but will be running at low pressure until a more permanent fix is in place.

Due to the water leak the Library will shut at 5pm today. We apologise for any inconvenience. Please check the web and alerts for news about opening in the morning.

There is a major water leak on campus outside the Library building. Estates and Facilities Management is currently investigating the problem.  Check SurreyNet for more information.

Due to staff shortages, there will be no Information or Membership Desks services on: Friday 22 July 1700 – 2000, Saturday 23 July 1400-1800, Monday 25 July 1700-2000, Thursday 28 and Friday 29 July 1700 – 2000 and Saturday 30 July 1400-1800 We apologise for any inconvenience.

Due to infrastructure maintenance, some Proquest databases will be unavailable on Sunday, July 31 between 3:00am and 3:00pm. Databases affected will be: Australian Education Index British Education Index ERIC British Nursing Index but only if you are using the Proquest version of these databases.
