19th – 21st April – IT Services are testing the email Business Continuity processes on Tuesday 20th April, Wednesday 21st April and Thursday 22nd April. This will have minimal impact on users but does mean a higher risk to the email service during the testing period. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Due to staff shortages there will be a restricted staff service. Between 0900-1100 and 1500-1700 all issue and returns will need to be made via the self service machines on the ground floor. A big thank you to everyone who took the time to complete the Library survey 2009. The survey took place between 9th December 2009 and 8th January 2010. It was conducted online using surveygizmo and 397 questionnaires were completed. 42.7% of responses came from undergraduates, 36.49% from postgraduate (taught) and 20.8% from postgraduate (research) students.
