Customer Service Excellence

The Student Services Centre is pleased to announce the successful continuation of our Customer Service Excellence accreditation.
As part of the accreditation, many areas of our service to students were considered including improvements to services offered to students (e.g. international guarantor scheme, private sector student mentoring service & online hardship application processes) and the quality of service provided by our frontline staff (Student Information Desk in the Student Services Centre).
