Student Experience Strategy

A new student experience strategy is currently being developed in partnership with a range of professional and academic leads through the University and in partnership with USSU.

Following the Education Strategy being finalised the new SES will look at four key elements of the student experience:

  • Educational Experience – learning experience
  • Living Experience – infrastructure, transport and physical space
  • Social and Community Experience – connectivity and utilising the extra/curricular experience
  • Services and Support Experience – the right help, at the right time, in the right way. Efficient, effective and excellent services which are evaluated, engaged with students and whose delivery is e-enabled.

There will be key values which the University seeks to ensure and a range of actions and outcomes across these four elements.

The strategy is due for completion by Oct 2018.
