Currently when you create an online reservation for an item that is on loan to someone else, an error message occurs, telling you that the reservation has been unsuccessful and inviting you to submit feedback. If, at this point, you actually choose to look at your account you will see that the reservation was, in fact, successful. We have an upgrade to part of the Library System booked for Monday morning and we expect this to address the issue. We apologise for any inconvenience the error message is causing you.
This issue has now been resolved and the error message should no longer be appearing.
