Key Duties/Tasks | Help us to • identify and leverage academic research and consumer behavioural insights that can inform our sales approach, create differentiation for our brand in the promotional products industry and ultimately drive revenue generation. • establish robust approaches to evaluating the impact of promotional products (particularly ROI of GWP and ‘surprise & delight’) through ‘real world’ tests with clients, that will lead to data-driven company positions on issues and demonstrate the value of MaCher’s work. • stay on top of key consumer trends, policy changes and relevant external issues that could impact client and future client actions. |
Knowledge & Skills Required | We are looking for someone who: • is curious, creative, kind, and intelligent • has strong communication skills with particular ability to communicate and transfer academic theories and ideas in ways that could be applied by business. • Has good knowledge of research in the areas of consumer behaviour, advertising or marketing • Can identify how and what academic/data can be used to build opportunity and knowledge in our business • Is willing to seek advice and give and receive feedback well |
