The last, but seemingly the most popular, way to win a scholarship is through the university you attend. Universities often offer a variety of scholarships specifically for international students, which can reduce your tuition fees. Additionally, being awarded a university scholarship not only helps financially but can also enhance your academic profile, making you a more attractive candidate for future opportunities. Specifically for international students, many universities including Univeristy of Surrey (as of August 13, 2024) have scholarships or discounts exclusively for those who pay international tuition fees, ensuring that a diverse range of students can benefit from financial support.
