Database Changes over Summer:

The Library has recently purchased the online backfile for the ISI Science Citation Index, meaning that this index is now available with uninterrupted coverage from 1900 to the present day, via the ISI Web of Knowledge interface. Previously coverage began at 1981.

The backfile is only available via the new WOK interface. Go to http://wok.mimas.ac.uk and click on the “access to new versions” box at the top right of the screen. Login using your Athens password.

The ISI Citation Indexes are also available for Arts & Humanities (1975 onwards) and the Social Sciences (1956 onwards). The old interface will be turned off on 31st August (see news item below for more information).
