If you know your Campus Card number and the PIN for your account it is easy to pay your library fines online and save a trip to the Library & Learning Centre. All you need to do is go to the library catalogue at

https://prism.talis.com/surrey-ac/home

and login to your account. When you have done this you can select the Online Payments (Fines) link at the bottom of the webpage to be redirected to a secure payment option where you can pay by debit or credit card externally. Fines will need to be paid if they are over 10 weeks old to unblock your account so this may save you a journey and sort this out quickly for you.
Forgotten your PIN? You can ask for it at the Library & Learning Centre in person or email library-enquiries@surrey.ac.uk to receive it via email – just let us know your Campus Card number.
