We are happy to announce that the Researcher Development Programme (RDP) and the PGR Writing Training Team from the School of English and Languages (SEL) have been shortlisted for the Times Higher Award for ‘Outstanding Support for Early Career Researchers’.
The SEL and RDP joined forces to create innovative and interactive academic writing provision for our postgraduate researchers which included a range of workshops, writing retreats and one-to-one support. This collaboration has produced training that has been extremely popular and valued by the researcher community. Below is a sample of some PhD researcher feedback on these sessions:
