How to get IT help in the Library

There are several different ways in which you can now get IT help in the Library:

If you have a Wi-Fi, printing, scanning or photocopying query, please come and speak to a member of staff at the Support Hub on Level 1, who will be more than happy to help.

If you have a more technical query, however, you can now ring directly through to the  IT helpdesk from our designated phone line at the Support Hub. If your issue cannot easily be resolved over the phone, where possible, a member of IT Services will endeavour to come over to the Library to help you in person.

And don’t forget – you can always get in touch with IT by email: usersupport@surrey.ac.uk or via the Support Request Portal as well, if you’d rather do so from the comfort of your desk!
