We’ve been hearing from you recently that there have been some problems using WiFi in the Library. We’re really sorry for anybody who’s been having issues at such a busy time of year. We’ve escalated this to IT Services who are currently investigating.
In the meantime, the more information you can provide, the easier it is for IT Services to resolve. We’d be really grateful if you could email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Whereabouts in the Library you’re having a problem
- What network you’re connecting to – e.g. Eduroam
- What device you’re using
