Are you a female undergraduate entering year 2 of your degree?

We are once again running the popular SPRINT programme, which aims to develop you to your fullest potential, to address career and study issues, and to support you to reach your aims and aspirations. You can find out more about the programme at our taster day on Monday 19 October 1200 – 1400.

Women participating in the programme have achieved results including:

  • Less study stress
  • A boost in confidence and self-esteem
  • Improved visibility and performance in tutorials
  • Sharpened career goals
  • Better study/life balance

You are eligible to participate in the programme if you are a female undergraduate entering year 2 of your degree and meet at least one of the following:

  • From non-professional household
  • In receipt of a university bursary (NOT a scholarship)
  • From family which has no parental history of HE participation
  • Have been a looked after child
  • From a Black or Minority Ethnic group
  • Classified as having a disability
  • Have caring responsibilities
  • Mature student (age 21 or over at time of entry to university)
