Jonathan Deane is in Washington DC this week visiting the United States Naval Observatory on Massachusetts Avenue.  He is giving an invited talk on Thursday 22 March on “Spin-Orbit Dynamics: Numerics and Analysis“.  A link with abstract is here. During his visit Jonathan is bivouacked in Building 61 which is about 150 yards from Vice President Pence’s official residence, and 2.3 miles away from the White House.
