Anne Skeldon visits Florida and Chicago for conference and research interaction

This week (14-18 May) Anne Skeldon is in America to attend a conference and visit Rush University Medical College to give a seminar.  The conference is the Society for Research in Biological Rhythms meeting at the Omni Amelia island Plantation Resort, just northeast of Jacksonville Florida (photo shown left).  At the conference Anne will be giving a poster presentation on joint work with Derk-Jan Dijk (Surrey Sleep Research Centre), Susan Malone (NYU) and Stephanie Crowley (Rush University Medical Center). After the conference, Anne will be spending a few days visiting Rush University in Chicago.  Her host is Prof Stephanie Crowley, leader of the Biological Rhythms Research Laboratory. Anne is giving a talk on “An introduction to mathematical modelling of sleep/wake regulation“.  This visit to America is supported by a grant from the University of Surrey Impact and Engagement Fund.
