An opportunity to review job search techniques and share ideas. Are you seeking your next role? Wondering whether to apply for a new job?  Ready to move on? Are you using all the resources available? This workshop explores a range of techniques to strengthen your job search, including working with recruiters, to find opportunities in a competitive labour market both beyond and within academia.

 

Be your best self – Interview skills

Thursday 12th September 3 – 5pm

Review presentation skills and explore strategies to manage assessments effectively, including online, and maintain confidence. Examine how to deal with a range of interview questions successfully, from technical to strength based, and share your ideas in a supportive environment. The more preparation you do for interview, the more likely you are to succeed.
