NEW: Stress Management Workshop

Monday 7th October 14:00-17:00

Drawing upon research from psychology, epidemiology, and related disciplines, this interactive workshop will provide delegates with information about how we can define stress and the stress response, some of the potential impacts of long-term stress, and some theoretical models for how people make sense of and experience everyday stressors. Delegates will also be given some tips about how to manage stressors in their everyday lives.

A short section of this workshop will involve a reflective activity, and to help evaluate this activity some data will be gathered from participants who consent to it. Any data gathering will be entirely optional, and delegates can still take part in the activity without providing any data. Full details will be given during the workshop.
