We are looking for participants who want to share their journey in academic or professional careers and how being part of a diverse group affects their work and personal lives. Our project involves creating short videos with a specific theme around diversity which will showcase individuals as well as the work done within the University. Currently, we are looking for individuals in FHMS and academic work on minority groups but will look to expand in the near future. The themes we are proposing are:

• LGBTQIA+ (Above)
• Gender diversity
• Ethnic diversity
• Neurodiversity and disability
• Faith and Belief
