Similarly to the last few years, Surrey continues to be involved in the Collaborative Virtual Writing Retreats offered by a group of UK universities that are working together to offer more regular writing opportunities for their researchers.

If you are a PGR at Surrey, you can join any of the writing retreats listed on the 2024-25 schedule available on SurreyLearn.

This is all in addition to our regular in-house virtual writing retreats and in-person writing cafes which you can sign up for on Surrey Self-Service.
