Library and Learning Services will be running a book giveaway during LGBT+ History Month to celebrate LGBT+ people’s hard work and contributions made to the production of film and cinema from ‘behind the lens’.

Students at Surrey chose a range of book titles which has been narrowed down to three books. We will be giving 5 copies of each book, every week during LGBT+ History Month. The book giveaway will run from Wednesday 14th February to Thursday 2nd March.

All entrants need to do is like an Instagram post @SurreyLib of the book they want to win and tag one other Surrey student in the comments.

The winners will be asked to provide their University of Surrey number and details so we can contact you to arrange a collection date/time.

If you don’t win, don’t worry, there are a range of books on the LGBT themed reading list available here: https://readinglists.surrey.ac.uk/leganto/readinglist/lists/6769707320002346?institute=44SUR_INST&auth=SAML.

Eligibility and required information:
• One entry per tag per student and you must be a University of Surrey student.
• If you win we’ll ask you for your Surrey Student number (to verify you are a student) and we will contact you to arrange for you to receive the book.
• Winners will be chosen at random.
• We will contact the winners within a week, if we don’t receive a reply, then another winner will be chosen at random.
• We’ll also be in contact with the winners later to see how you are getting on with the book and whether you’d like to send in a review.
• Once you have finished with the book, please pass onto someone else so they can enjoy and learn to!
