The SIAM Conference on Nonlinear Waves and Coherent Structures will be held at Churchill College Cambridge during 11-14 August 2014.  This is the first time that a major SIAM conference has been held in the UK.  This series of conferences is biannual and the 2012 conference was held at the University of Washington in Seattle.  The website for NW12 is here and the website for NW14 will be set up here.  Requests for minisymposium proposals will go out in October 2013.  Tom Bridges, as vice-chair, during 2010-2012, of the SIAM activity group on nonlinear waves and coherent structures, led the negotiation to bring NW14 to the UK.
