Bin Cheng and Sergey Zelik are in Nizhny Novgorod, which is about 400 km southeast of Moscow, this week (2-9 July) for the “International Conference on Dynamics, Bifurcations, and Strange Attractors“, hosted by Lobachevsky State University.
