In the beginning of this week (17-18 September), Gianne Derks attended the workshop on “QSP for AMR: Modelling how the drugs get into the bugs“.  It was organised by Engineering and Life Sciences at the University of Warwick.  The workshop brought together 40 experts from academics and industry to discuss modelling of the role of drugs to combat anti-microbial resistance.  A link to the website with further information is here. The workshop was a satellite meeting of the UK Quantitative Systems Pharmacology Network, which is funded by EPSRC and MRC.
