Natalia Jurga and Ian Morris attended the “Number Theory and Dynamics Conference 2019” last week (25-29 March 2019). The conference was held at the Centre for Mathematical Sciences (shown left) at Cambridge University. The conference brought together researchers in dynamical systems and number theory. Themes included diophantine number theory and transcendence, metric diophantine approximation, dynamics on homogeneous spaces, and fractal geometry. A link to the conference webpage is here.
