Vladimir Rubtsov visits from the University of Angers in France

Professor Vladimir Rubtsov, from the Department of Mathematics at the University of Angers, is visiting the Department this week (4-7 October), for research interaction in the areas of Monge-Ampère equations, contact and symplectic geometry. His hosts are Ian Roulstone and Martin Wolf. On Tuesday he is giving an FSG Seminar on “Quantization of Monodromy data for confluent Painlevé systems, Calabi-Yau 3-algebras and degenerated non-commutative del Pezzo surfaces“.
