Anne Skeldon is speaking today (Thursday 18 November) at a two-day virtual conference hosted by the University of Oxford on “Periodic patterns in environmental light, physiology and behaviour”. Anne is speaking on “Modelling human sleep and circadian rhythmicity: designing practical light interventions for improved sleep“. She will be speaking about the recent paper (link here) on combining models and data to design personalised light intervention for sleep timing problems.
