Anne Skeldon is in Rome this week (11-16 March) for the 2022 World Sleep Congress. On Wednesday 16 March, Anne chaired Session S84 on “Extracting meaning from sleep and circadian data: New and emerging tools and approaches“. In the same session Anne gave a talk on “Sleep homeostasis, circadian rhythmicity, light and social constraints: developing predictive personalised models“. The four speakers (from Australia, Germany, and the UK) discussed the current state-of-the-art in data analytics and mathematical modelling for sleep and circadian scientists and reflected on future needs. A link to the session data including abstracts is here.
