Cesare Tronci is in Austin this week, where it is sunny with a predicted high temperature of 27 degrees. He is visiting Professor Philip J Morrison at the Institute of Fusion Studies, on the campus of the University of Texas at Austin. Cesare is giving a talk in the IFS Plasma Seminar series on Tuesday 22 March with title “Hybrid models of mixed quantum-classical dynamics“. The talk is based on joint work with Denys I. Bondar (Tulane University) and François Gay-Balmaz (CNRS & ENS Paris). The image below shows the university campus.
