Stone, Vytnova, and Zelik at research meeting in Jinhua on infinite-dimensional dynamical systems

Dominic StonePolina Vytnova, and Sergey Zelik were at an informal research meeting in Jinhua, China in mid July (23-26 July). It was hosted by Zhejiang Normal University. The theme of the conference was Infinite-dimensional dynamical systems. Dominic was a participant, Polina was a speaker, and Sergey was a speaker and the principal organiser. Dominic is a PhD student of SergeyPolina gave a talk on “An approach to estimating Lyapunov exponents of random matrix products“, and Sergey gave a talk on “Attractor dimension for dissipative Morse-Smale systems“. A stimulating roundtable was held on the topic “Attractors: then and now“. The first photo below shows Sergey and Dominic during the roundtable discussion.
