On Wednesday 22 October, part II of the Quantum Sciences Research Retreat was hosted by the School of Mathematics and Physics and organised by Andrea Rocco and Alessandro Torrielli. The retreat got together members of the Quantum Sciences Group to speak about their latest research, and to invite others in the School whose research contains a quantum component. Topping off the event was an evening talk (link here) by Professor Fay Dowker (Imperial College) on “The strangeness of the quantum world“. The photos below show discussions after the event.
