Ian Morris is visiting the Department of Mathematics at ETH in Zürich Switzerland this week (w/c 4th March).  The visit involves research interaction with Çağrı Sert.  While there, he is giving a talk in the joint ETH/University of Zürich Seminar on Ergodic Theory and Dynamical Systems.  The title of his talk is “Com­putabil­ity of some ma­trix growth in­vari­ants aris­ing in frac­tal geom­e­try“.  A link to the seminar page with the abstract and other details is here.
