Paper of Dorje Brody on entropy and information control published in The Conversation

The article “Entropy and information control: the key to understanding how to mount the fightback against Trump and other populists“, authored by Dorje Brody, has been published today (Wednesday 20 November) in The Conversation (link here). The article emphasises the value of the Second Law of Thermodynamics in the analysis of political discourse. The Second Law says that, over time, noise will overwhelm information and uncertainties will dominate. Order will be swamped by confusion and chaos. Dorje applies this principle to analyse the different strategies used by the Republicans and Democrats in the recent US election. The screenshot below is from the beginning of the article.
