The paper “Influence network reconstruction from discrete time-series of count data modelled by multidimensional Hawkes processes“, co-authored by Naratip Santitissadeekorn, Martin Short (Georgia Tech), and David Lloyd, has been accepted for publication in PhysicaD. The paper develops network inference methods for both batched and sequential count data, and they introduce an ensemble-based algorithm, rooted in the expectation-maximization (EM) framework, A link to the final form manuscript on arxiv is available (link here).
