Cesare Tronci visits the University of Zaragoza in Spain

Cesare Tronci is in Spain this week (8-12 December) visiting the University of Zaragoza (sometimes called Saragossa University). His host for the visit is Jesús Clemente-Gallardo in the Theoretical Physics Department. Cesare and Jesús and are working on mixed quantum-classical entropies, together with David Martínez-Crespo, who visited also this week from the Department of Mathematics and Computing at Burgos. David worked with Cesare at Surrey as a visiting PhD student in Feb-Mar 2024 (see blog post here). David and Cesare have written two papers together: Heisenberg dynamics of mixed quantum-classical systems (link here) and Entropy Functionals and Equilibrium States in Mixed Quantum-Classical Dynamics (link here). The photo below shows Cesare, David and Jesús.
