Enterprise Skills ladder workshops are run by Student Enterprise in collaboration with the University’s Careers service. The worlshops are aimed at undergraduates and postgraduates who are interested in starting their own business. The workshops are also open to staff.
Using a recognised profiling methodology, this workshop is designed to give you an insight into your personality preferences and behaviour.
By the end of the workshop you will have:-
- Identified your personality type using the Myers Briggs type indicator
- Developed an understanding of which personality traits and behaviours are desirable for an entrepreneur
- Identified personal areas for development to enhance your entrepreneurial capabilities
The workshop will be lead by Janet Preston, Cold Fuzion.

You will need to complete an online questionnnaire ahead of the event and print out the report that is generated from this questionnaire.
