The Doctoral College is delighted to announce that the Open Innovation Team, a group of experienced civil servants and government officials, will be delivering another Policy Masterclass to Surrey’s community of PGRs and ECRs.

This session will be held virtually and delivered across two two-hour blocks on the same day (10am-12pm, and 1pm-3pm).

The session will help you better understand how UK policy works in theory and practice and what tactics you can use to share evidence and research with decision-makers.

Understanding the Government Machine

Concepts to help you think about your impact strategy

How to engage policy makers

Writing for a policy audience

Building your network
