The first meeting of the  Applied Geometric Mechanics Network is held at the University of Surrey on Friday 16 May.  This meeting is the first in a series of three associated with the London Mathematical Society funded AGM network.  The theme of this first meeting is Geometric Fluid Dynamics.  The programme, abstracts and timetable can be found here.
