Ian Roulstone gives virtual talk at Wisla 22 held at the Baltic Institute of Mathematics

Ian Roulstone is giving a virtual talk today at the Baltic Institute Winter School and Workshop (Wisla 22). He is giving a series of three lectures on “Monge–Ampère Geometry and the Navier–Stokes Equations“. The main theme is to apply ideas from Monge–Ampère geometry to the partial differential equations governing incompressible fluid flow in two and three spatial dimensions. The event started on 24 January and ends on 3 February. Full details can be found on the Wisla 22 website here. The image below shows the masthead of the Wisla 22 website.
